Child Safety Standards (CSAE)
Luma maintains a zero-tolerance policy against any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
The safety of our community is our top priority. We are committed to combating child sexual exploitation online and work actively to prevent, detect, and remove any child abuse-related content from our platform.
1. Zero Tolerance Policy
It is strictly prohibited to publish, share, store, or solicit any content that involves:
- Sexual abuse of children or minors.
- Sexual exploitation, including child pornography.
- Grooming of minors.
- Any material that sexualizes minors.
Any user found violating these policies will have their account immediately and permanently banned, and the case will be reported to the relevant authorities.
2. Cooperation with Authorities
Luma cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations, including:
- NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children): We proactively report any suspected cases of child exploitation via the CyberTipline.
- Local Authorities: We provide data and collaborate with investigations when requested or when we identify an imminent risk to a child.
3. Reporting Mechanisms
We encourage our community to report any suspicious behavior or content. Our users can report safety violations in the following ways:
- In-App: Use the "Report" option available on user profiles or specific posts.
- By Email: Contact our safety team directly at luma.app.love@gmail.com.
All reports are handled with priority and urgency.
4. Content Moderation
We use a combination of technology and human moderation to protect our platform:
- Automated systems to detect keywords and suspicious patterns.
- Constant human review of reports and flagged profiles.
- Age verification to ensure all users are over 18 years old.
